Under works contract our firm, hired under a written contracts for design, construction, maintenance, and repair of infrastructure like roads, bridges, buildings, and utilities, including all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision needed for the entire scope of physical work, from initial excavation and concrete pouring to finishing touches like flooring, painting, and installations, essentially blending service and goods for immovable property. Our firm are typically considered independent contractors who are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.

Key Components & Activities:

• Site Preparation: Earthwork, excavation, grading, demolition.

• Structural Work: Concrete pouring, steel reinforcement, formwork (shuttering), wall construction, plastering.

• Finishing: Flooring, tiling, painting, woodwork (doors/windows).

• Utilities & Services: Plumbing, electrical installations, water supply, drainage systems.

• Infrastructure: Roads, bridges, tunnels, dams, railways, airports, water/wastewater plants.

• Associated Services: Transport, equipment, tools, and labor for completion, often including waste removal and fitting.

• Unit Price/Measurement: Payment per unit of work (e.g., per cubic meter of concrete).

• Cost-Plus: Costs plus a fee for profit.
